Upload the data to computer:

1. Pedometer can save 60 days data, including steps, calorie and distance. It can connected with PC by USB.

2. If you don't upload data for more than 50 days, Bi will display on LCD to alarm upload data.

3. If you dont upload data for more than 60 days, Pedometer will cover the earliest data.

4. While uploading exercise data, LCD will display PC link , when it is finished,  the former data

on the pedometer will be cleared automatically.
